1. About Mellow Escape

Mellow Escape is a game developed and published by Zimbby. This policy explains how information may be processed when you use the app.

Mellow Escape does not currently require you to create a Zimbby account to play.

3. Local game data

Game progress, preferences and settings may be stored locally on your device. This data is generally controlled by the operating system and the app itself.

4. Advertising

The app may use Google AdMob to display advertising. When this service is present, Google and its advertising providers may process technical information needed to provide ads, measure performance and frequency, prevent fraud and abuse, and diagnose issues. This processing is performed by the relevant SDKs and providers and does not mean that Zimbby directly receives all of this data.

Where required, the app may present consent or privacy choices before personalized advertising or certain uses of data. The availability and form of these choices may vary by region, app version and platform requirements.

Third-party SDKs or services used by the app may process the following information when available and necessary to provide their service:

  • device or advertising identifiers;
  • IP address and network information;
  • device type, operating system, app version and other technical data;
  • ad interactions and performance, fraud or diagnostic data.

Mellow Escape may offer in-app purchases and/or subscriptions through Google Play. Payments are processed by Google Play under its terms and policies. Zimbby does not receive your complete payment card details.

This policy does not describe Mellow Escape as an app specifically directed to children. Data processing related to the app will follow applicable Google Play requirements and relevant law, including where special rules for younger users apply.

Local data remains on the device until it is removed by the user, the operating system or the app itself. Information processed by third-party services follows the retention periods and criteria set by those providers.

Zimbby uses reasonable technical measures and seeks to work with established providers to reduce risk. No storage or transmission method, however, can guarantee absolute security.
